I had Steve and his crew waterproof my basement in October of 2023. He calls it a water management system. Steve is an enthusiastic person who genuinely cares about the job. It's important to know though that he wants to be a teacher and he has a very involved presentation, so be prepared for his energy and his unique method of selling his system. He tells you why what he does is different from other people who do similar work. But, at the end of the day, he came in at a reasonable price and a dry at last guarantee so we went with him. Apparently, our basement is the oddest shaped basement he's ever seen (it's got 2 levels, which is strange), so, his crew worked on both levels to ensure that the system works. He provides a 2 ownerships guarantee as to the efficacy of the system. Also, I withheld a portion of the final payment of the job, at his request, to make sure the system worked. Well, this past weekend, it rained in buckets. Normally, our basement would have water in it after that event, but it was definitely dry. So, the system works like a charm, as far as I can tell. From start to finish Dry at Last exceeded my expectations.  Steve (the owner) came to my home himself for a consult.  He was exceptionally informative about the ‘ins and outs’ of the business/process. The entire job was started almost immediately and was completed sooner than expected.  The work crew were courteous and left my basement cleaner than when they entered:). Steve followed up (inspected) the finished work himself. From start to finish, I felt like we were in capable, trustworthy hands with Steve and his team. He responded to our consult request quickly. Once at our home, he immediately knew what was causing the water intrusion in our basement and how it could be fixed, then spent close to two hours with us making sure we were informed as to what work would be done and why. It took less than two weeks from initial consult to job completion - truly amazing! His team was able to complete the sizable job in one day, they were neat, respectful and incredibly efficient. It's been one month since they completed; we've had heavy rain for four weekends straight and not a drop has entered our basement.

We are thrilled to finally have a dry basement.  With all of the rain that we have had over the past month, the basement has not had a bit of water. I had water, literally pouring into my basement with every rain fall. My finished basement had to be ripped up to the studs because of the amount of water coming in. Being a recent home buyer, this was very stressful. Steve took care of everything, making the process smooth from start to finish.

Absolutely recommend these guys.  Steve (the owner) is a wonderfully caring individual.  He takes the time to explain and educate people along the way, and he truly does treat his customers as part of his extended family.

We had two reputable vendors come out initially to assess the situation and provide a free quote with regards to a water issue in the basement.  Dry-At-Last not only offered a more desirable solution to the problem than the other company, but you could just tell there was a different level of sincerity and experience.  Even when we had a question during the work being performed or afterwards, they were easy to contact and continued being helpful.  There's a level of trust they establish from the get-go, and that means the world when it comes to dealing with issues in your home.
